It's a great pleasure to have been invited as a guest artist to participate in 'A Day in May' at Spirit Studios in Saxmundham, Suffolk, in partnership with John Martin Gallery. During May hundreds of artists took part in a project to make one painting, on identical boards, on one day, in a landscape that matters to them. I'm exhibiting alongside my brilliant cohort at our end of year show at BN9 Studio, Newhaven and I also have a small work on paper with the group on display at Hastings Contemporary until the 28th June. It's been a thoroughly enjoyable year with lots of insightful artist's talks, critiques, gallery visits and conversations around painting.

I am thrilled to have a painting selected for this year's summer exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts. Ryan Gander's (RA, OBE) theme this year is Interconnectedness which aims to explore themes of entanglement, as well as the unexpected and fortuitous connections and associations between disparate things, no matter how abstract or illogical. I'm very much looking forward to showing once again with Unprimed Collective in the first of their 2026 shows at Safehouse 1 in Peckham. Unprimed is a collective of 32 international artists with a shared enthusiasm for form and physical matter. With five invited artists showing work with the larger group, it promises to be a diverse and exciting show. PV Saturday 30th May, 4 - 7.30pm
